Who sent these checks?
 

I'm (no longer) getting checks from an unknown sponsor, and I fear they still have my old address.

The stubs are labeled:

L.F.P., Inc,
Afiiliate Disbursement Account
8484 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 900
Beverly Hills, CA 90211

At the bottom of the stub it says, "Check processing provided by jettis.com" and a pay period range.

Anybody know who this is?
