dabs.com anyone order from them? WTF is going on !!

Any of you guys here order parts from them ? Whats your experience of their customer service ? My experience is its fucking pathetic !! Tried using their online orderenquiry here http://www.dabs.com/uk/contactus/ord...derenquiry.htm to contact them but I get no replies, sent 2 emails now in the past few days and no reply

I've tried there email address [email protected] but get this error

So could someone do me a favour and send a test email to that address and see if you get the same error

My last resort is to phone their customer support but I like to hold back on doing that because very few people can understand what the fuck us folk from Northern Ireland are talking about due to our accent !

I've used dabs.com quite a lot for ordering parts and I've always been pleased with them but this is the first them I've had a problem with a component and to say that I'm a little angry at the moment due to their pathetic customer service is an understatement :feels-hot

Try [email protected] that's the address that's always worked for me :)

they 0wn !!

as long as you don't need to talk to them, doing an RMA is a nightmare and support is also out of the question. N00bs shouldn't purchase from dabs.

This is crazy, Customer service phone number: 0870 429 3220

ring ring 'All customer service is handled electronically, please visit dabs.com'

This has gotta be a fuckin joke ! the biggest UK pc components provider has NO customer service, NO way of contacting them when their email doesn't work

Time to email watchdog uk i guess :glugglug

we've ordered from them atleast a dozen times and never had any problem.

i've not had a problem with dabs in the past, but there not very cheap. next time take a look at ebuyer.com they're about as cheap as you'll find in the uk, and i've never had a problem with them.

The problem is purely their customer service, it doesn't exist !! I've used them many times myself and I think their service is fantastic but they need to get their customer service sorted.

Just off the phone with someone from their head office, 48 hours to answer an email :1orglaugh What kinda shit is that considering the only support they have is online via email. Who is handling their support ? Someone who is mentally handicapped !!

I've had enought :) I want a program on watchdog UK about this shit :Graucho Really though you gotta expect more from the biggest pc compenents store in the UK
