The only proof I needed, Whos db acacia used..

I know for a FACT that it was the Matrix Content DB that was used to get addresses now, because my best friend got a letter saturday from acacia, he is not even in the adult industry, and "I" refered him to Matrix to buy content for a project he was doing with the import racing scene, he wanted some asian girls, and I told him they had some good ones, he made an account, and looked around... And now he got a letter... So that tells me that it was the Matrix database that is the root of all this shit... He is not an affiliate ANYWHERE, and has not signed up at any other content places... Only the ONE place I told him to goto..

Someone owes everyone an explanation!!!

then there is no doubt it has been used, you are like the 30th person that proves it was from there. what is matrix content doing about this? if acacia used their data base without their permission (even if they bought it from some one without matrix content's permission that will still put acacia out of business) why doesn't matrix stand up and own them?

What if when they signed up to Acacia they were told "If you want to protect your clients from action we need to know who they are" Matrix give them a list of people thinking it would protect them, except Acacia know they will be buying from many content providers.

Or Acacia said give us your contact list and we will license you for $200 a year don't and we will license you for $2,000 a month.

As JC said what is clear about this is the companies who do not give a flying fuck about anything but their bottom line and thing they can still sell content or run an affiliate program after this is finished.

Matrix said they could not afford to not settle. Why because they knew dumb fucks would keep buying from them. Send someone who signed up broke by not buying their content or sending them traffic and it will serve as warning to any other person who thinks signing is an easy solution.

Or keep buying from them, sending them traffic and supporting them. You have to actually stick your arse in the air to have it raped, some of us are just begging for it.

Maybe 2 months after the Acacia patent is thrown out, but if people are getting sued because of Matrix's list, they are not going to forget.

Losing thousands of dollars will make most people remember for a long time.

If it is really true, there are not going to be good things said about matrix content

roybucks 10-27-2003 06:23 AM

it's not just matrix, anyone that settles is rolling on their affiliates-it's part of the license terms to disclose that info.

skillfull 10-27-2003 07:25 AM

roybucks,

This is 100% false. It might have been part of SOME of their license agreements, but Hustler and Vivid were not required by contract or any other type of agreement to give up affiliate information. They never even asked for it from us and if they had, we would never have given up affiliate info, for any reason.

For that matter, our agreement specifically indemnifies our affiliates for any traffic they send to us

Yeah my mother is cool though, I told her not to even open it. She doesnt need the stress of their extortion game.

Anyway, yeah it came to an address I never used for anything but matrix.

I even posted a thread about it too: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...hreadid=190569

acacia sucks the nuts of an infected camel

Gemini 10-27-2003 02:41 PM

Ken, until something official is posted for all to see, in this climate, don't expect alot of believers to pop up. A scan of the agreement section stating that as well as an inclusion of the signatories etc to authenticate it will be the only way to prove anything.

Nothing personal whatsoever. But hey I could say I have a horse in the bathroom but with out a pic of me sitting ON that horse IN the bathroom, how many will believe it? Right now, reps are going downhill and words won't be "enough" until all of these problems are resolved by the Supreme Set of Beings" in that big columned joint they hang out in. ;-)

Just like none of the investors believe there is a countersuit etc etc until they see a link on a California Court Site that shows it has been filed. Until it can be verified to them, its nadda.

And for all you naysayers, I *do* have a horse in there! lol He likes hourly showers ya see and......... :1orglaugh

Also wh should all blacklist all their content and galleries on every TGP and their afiliate program. If you dont know already they run hottiescash.com and twistedcash.com also so watch your ass.

I go by this rule of thumb and it works 99% of the time with people.

I assume everything people tell me is bullshit to one degree or another.
