Virtual Hosts: What's normal policy?
One of my sites was "disabled" at midnight because it exceeded the bandwidth for the month.
Is this normal for virtual host accounts? i.e. No email to warn me. No email to tell me it's been disabled. No nothing. And - about 4 hrs after the event, I cannot raise anyone via icq or email. Must be :sleep :helpme |
I would not think that was normal practice..:(

not not a regular practice at all...you should move to another company...

Cpanel only mails the customer if they have put their email address in their control panel . . . many do not. We contact you directly the first time. If you choose to do nothing about the situation we will not continue to contact you regarding the same. Your account will simply go offline for the remainder of the month once your bandwidth allocation has been exhausted.

Richard,
contact me webair will match any plan you find and then some...our proprietary software notifies you daily weekly or monthly as to where you are at bandwidth wise...not to mention we are launching our proprietary control panel this week as well. Feel free to contact me at your convenience. Thank you |
