1) They got the webmaster list from one or more sponsors or industry related programs, not from WHOIS information.

2) The above information did NOT have to be given to Acacia by one of the publicized sponsors who folded, Hustler, CECash, etc...

I don't understand why people think that some of the other sponsors wouldn't give away affiliate information in order to keep an underthetable leave me alone, and don't publicize that I settled, because my affiliates will think Im an asshole, deal.

3) When I find out who gave away my name and information to Acacia, it won't be fun for you. =)

nah, funny enough, we get security guards to come by and take away our big boxes of "to be shredded" stuff... I think they wear guns too.

I got my letter, my info is private, and I get a nitice from my registrar when my info is given out. The only way to get it is for legal matter that are legit, and I doubt they went through the entire process to get my info.

Out of that list they showed, I was only affiliated with one content provider. I dont know for sure if they gave my info out, but I sure as hell cant wait to find out and fly out there, wherever they are.
