Can someone translate this A-C-A-C-I-A B.S. ?
 

I've seen all the threads out there about the Patent infringement letters from A-C-A-C-I-A. I have received on also. Can someone explain what the hell this is all about? I've been digging through the threads and the information on their website, and get more confused the more I read. I am a simple webmaster that typically just posts picture galleries to TGPs and promote various sponsors. I am afraid to go fill out any license agreements without understanding what they are all about.

If anyone can explain this in simple moron terms (me being the moron), it would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the biggest part to their lawsuit is they believe they own the patents to video streaming and the like technology.

In a nutshell, if you have ANY audio or video on your website they feel entitled to a minimum of $1500 per year even if you only made $1 gross.
