I generally ignore/delete any emails from registrars unless it's alerting me to an expiry date.

Too much BS out there these days to bother.

on another note, I only regged a few domains with godaddy.
When i did tho, it seemed like they were trying to force me to buy all the other shit too.
Its a lil much IMHO, the first time thru i nearly gave up lol...they put me through all these fpa's and the links are tiny and at the bottom...I was like wtf?
All i want i to buy a domain, not be sold 10,000 other things.

I guess thats the reason that I have been faithfull to directninc all these years

I have about 15 domains with godaddy havent gotten that mail ... I think ... but none of them are close to 1 yr old ... all my old domains are in openSRS ... one thing that does piss me off is godaddy sometimes charges me like a month after they auth a CC transaction, ... its happened like 5 times now ...

I got it, and the link they send you to doesn't have any sort of "submit" or "verify" link. What's the point?

Juicy I've gotten that from three different registrars over the past week and a half, including GoDaddy.

It's just a routine thing but with all of them sending it out at the same time, it makes me think that ICANN is about to do a massive crackdown.

Go update your info, folks.

Routine and required notification in case you have fake info on your contacts, so they can later say we warned you.
