Heres what Id do if I owned that domain. Make one page with some text links "hardcore porn, amateur slut, teen whores, etc, etc, etc" for like the main niches .

Then for each spot just have an auction, and whoever is willing to pay the most for each spot gets it for the month.

No employees needed, no spamming to do. Have a super fast server, spend like 4 hours a day watching over everything, and sit around making millions from typin traffic. Its a no brainer.
