Verotel Problems?
 

Anybody else have any problems with checks issued by verotel? I had a $90 check from them returned NSF?!

I emailed them yesterday, but no response yet.

nope, I get direct deposit with them and they pay me every monday like clockwork.
Theres a message on their webmaster board about check problems, and you might want to try their live support if they dont answer your emails.
They seem to take as long time with email responses... Live Support is the best method of contacting them

I also have direct deposit, never had a problem there. And yes their Live support is great try that

What's the URL of their webmaster board?

I found the board.. You have to be logged into the webmaster area. I didn't find anything about checks in that board.

Live support is not currently online.. I will check it throughout the day..

Hopefully it is just a one-time incident.

Yep, I had a check bounce, the next day I got a letter explaining it (account closed due to security reasons). You can redeposit the check and it won't bounce again. I also got a 30$ check to cover expenses, I assume you'll get it too.

I'm switching to direct deposit anyway, a lot quicker, and I can get it sent in euros
