Well it seems that the people at http://www.usvo.com/tech/store_forward.html have quiet the same patent :) We'll have to pay royalties for both. Have fun!

Imagine this. Picture a lame government clerk at the USPTO office getting hundreds of high technology patents to review every day.

You think they understand all the terminology and implications of the patents they are approving?

99% of these folks are clueless.

They run a search to see if they can find anyting similar that's been patented already and if they don't find anything bingo someone gets a new patent.
