Trouble with CandidHosting
 

Any of you guys have trouble getting a response from these guys when there's a problem?
Won't bad mouth them until the matter can be discussed or even better resolved but I wish people would communicate when there is a problem instead of hiding from it hoping it'll go away.
I know from previous threads there are people within the company read this board, so here's is a very unhappy customer who'd like to talk guys, soon.

They're support is there whenever you need them, day or night, but most of the time you dont even need to msg them as they are fully aware of every server on their network and fix issues as soon as they occur.

I got your mail, though this thread wasn't directed at yourself, I know in the past you have always helped me out but when things leave you for someone else to answer it all seems to stop.

This weeked has been a complete fuck up from your side and I cannot sit all day continuously checking to see if the site is down.

It has completely screwed my hits this week and that means my pocket is not as full as it should be.

I've sent you an e-mail detailing my suggestions as how to resolve this issue.
