Merchant account discount rates?

What's a fair discount rate for an high risk offshore merchant account?

Monthly volume:
$100k = %
$150k = %
$200k = %

Thanks.

Discount rates can vary wildly depending on your credit and financial history, your business model, and your processing history. In addition, not only do the rates vary from bank to bank, but they can also change on a sometimes weekly basis with the same bank as they balance their risk exposure.

Depending on LOTS of different factors, a merchant account such as you describe can vary anywhere from 4.5% to 8.5% with per transaction fees that can also vary from .15 cents to .50 cents per transaction.
