"Other athletes ? including sluggers Barry Bonds and Jason Giambi and boxer Shane Mosley ? have been subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury investigating the nutritional supplement company at the center of the unfolding case."
If Barry Bonds testifies under oath that he is taking this drug, then he should be banned from baseball for life. He owns the home run record, and he'll soon own the all-time record. All of this most likely made possible by steroids. This isn't just a normal case of steroid use either. He has unfairly altered the record books to give the appearance that he is one of the greatest players off all time. He should be punished for this.
Now we'll see if he tells the truth, or if he lies about the issue.
