and appear as offline to others?

some people message me every fucking time I log on and it's getting on my nerves so I want to appear offline to them, but I want to appear online to others.

right click on their name and set visibility to yes

Get trillian, make 2 sn's, block them on 1 sn, and stay logged on to both accounts. :thumbsup

Actually thats what I do :)

Just go into invisible mode, and add those that you would like to know when you're online to your visibility list.

where is this "visability" list?

Click the main button on your ICQ, then click on "Security and Privacy Permissions" menu option. Click the "Visible List" option in the left hand panel.

You can click on the "Add to Visible List" button or just drag users from your ICQ window over into the window.

The are tools that can tell if your in lurker mode if your lurking on icq :)
