Anyone here use Webair? How's their service? How's the uptime? Please post feedback here.

I moved to Webair when fucking likewhoa went down. Mike was very nice to me and I have had 100% uptime with them. Tech support is good and they always have a tech on call 24/7. :)

Wait, I just lied. When they had that huge blackout in NYC my sites went down. At least I ain't bullshitting. :)

how? they had a backup system up if i remember right

pimplink customer support is reliable and quick, im on virtual now so i cant give much insite about dedicated/server managing

Been with Webair now for almost 2 years (boy I expect a nice basket for christmas lol ) Mike is great, a real gentleman . We have been down almost never . I would say their uptime is very close to 100%. During the blackout in NY, we were up the whole time.Also as our business has grown, they have been very flexible creating plans to suit our needs. I give them two thumbs up:)

90% uptime? I would say 100% from my experience. Ohh except for that time I fucked up the box and had to call Mike at 3am to fix it for me

I got to get in on this...........

I have been with NUMBEROUS hosts during my 5+ years being a webmistress and always had ok to bad luck! Then I found Mike over at webair....

Someone needs to slap me because I think I'm dreaming half the time since being with them!

Tech support is OFF the wall!
They respond fast and have always been kind and courteous!!
They KNOW their shit! I had some whacked problems and it was handled fast and done RIGHT!

Brian is top notch - great guy who is a fucking whiz!
Will damn I love this guy - great guy who is prompt and courteous!
Sagi kinda like mc hammer on crack :1orglaugh but he is a kick ass tech!

and Mike damn this guy is the MAN!

I can't say enough about these guys!

I'm happy as fuck FINALLY! Thanks Webair!!

i havent hosted with them but i did streaming stuff through them.. and i must say they surpassed all my expectations.. great tech support when i needed it and they were very flexible.. also were nice enough to stream the gfy cam show which at one time had over 70 viewers on the stream! great place and as soon as my contract is done at my host im over to them :)
