Acacia's use of Cnet property

Can someone check their Acacia paperwork for the following:

From Cnet site at

http://www.cnet.com/aboutcnet/edito...ermissions.html

In all cases, if permission is granted, stories must be reproduced in their entirety, unedited, and accompanied by the following copyright statement and credit: Used with permission from CNET Networks, Inc. Copyright 200__. All rights reserved."

Does the Cnet stuff from Acacia say the above? If not, please post a copy. I'd like to let Cnet know.

They can't be TOO smart.

They're charging multiple times for the same infringement. (The content provider, the affiliate program and the affiliates.)

They're sending packets out to people using usernames (some of them obscene) instead of doing research to find out who the people actually are.

They're sending out packets to DESIGNERS, some of whom have no sites at all.

They're sending out packets to people who don't have any videos at all but that just LINK to sites that do....

They don't sound too bright to me... :1orglaugh
