Acacia's fee structure

How many times is acacia charging fees on the same content/delivery?

content provider
encoding company?
hosts?
processors?
sponsor
affiliate

That is a lot of 2-4% on the same piece of content.

Anyone know exactly how many times the same piece could be charged?
