Prior Art - Acacia ?
 

Ok, What constitutes prior art in the case for Acacia and how can it be used to defeat them or at least put them in their places.

I have seen a few posts of people finding what they claim is prior art, but what ever a happend to the finds?

just wanting a bit more info. So if you find video streaming or such before their patent that then invalidates their patent or ?
