the more the better... the fresher the better.... put yourself in the members shoes,,, what would u wanna get out of a site that your payin about 20 bucks a month

Correct, problem is i don't know what goes and what doesn't go. I've seen paysites with 10 sets and 200 movies that ask 29 a month and i know that isn't right but i just wanna know what a minimum would be start a site that asks 19 a month.

According to many people not much at all. Take a look around a siccash paysite or an ARS site. You will be shocked with how little is actually in there. The reason? Becuase they believe (and hope) that a member will join, take a quick look around and than leave and forget about his membership - which gives rise to rebills.

Yeah like Abyss said, the more the better. Fill it up so that your members can have enough to munch on for I say at least 2 weeks. And when you open it, update one new content set each day or every other day. Then they get more and more, plus fresh content. :thumbsup

It depends what niche its in.. if its a popular niche like teen or amateur you will want a lot.. but if its a small niche you dont need as much..

But you will still want at least a thousand or so pictures.. plus about 40 movies to start.. 40 sets that is.. cut up into 3 parts or whatever you want..

For a GOOD paysite, that will have high retention, you will spend at least 25k in content to get started

go with 3k worth of pics/vids and get all the feeds you can.. get some exclusive shit for the niche and you should be good 2 go
