but OLD news - the holio case that got TOSSED OUTA court appears on GFY, and suddenly their stock crashes........

Acacia failed to report that there was credible litigation issues in this third quarter report.

They lost.

They suck. But still, kudos to anyone who got in at $.96 and got out at $8. I'm sure a couple of those people read this board... you 2 faced rich bastards ;-)

Acacia has over $6 million in operating expenses per quarter, they've got a looooong way to go until they so much as break even, let alone make a significant profit that would justify their $130 million market capitalization.

Acacia thought (and it's investors - because they were told) that they targetted the adult industry because it was fragmented ...

but they lose ...
it's not ...

Yes. By no means has the bubble burst on that hunk of shit stock yet. The hype will remain. Looks like a small sell off after the earnings release last nite. The bottom line numbers look like shit so those that don't have the stomach are bailing. It will ride the hype back up again.
