How do you clean your mouse

That fucking mouse drive me nuts and I wanna help about cleaning this shit.. I tried several methods but before I buy a new one I want to learn how you guys clean..

when i had a ball mouse i used rubbing alcohol and que-tips, now with my optical i rarely have to clean it but i still clean the pads with rubbing alcohol everyonce and awhile.
