the piercing hurts like a bitch, but just for a split-second...at least it did for me. But they are so worth it - hubby loves them and I get a lot more pleasure from my nipples now than ever before. Make sure you want them - they leave permanent (obvious) holes in your nipples.

The nipples were the most painful piercing I had. That's including tongue and labret which I thought would be horrible but really weren't. Of all of the holes I've had stuck in me...the nipples are the only ones I've kept.
