anyone else having problems with epassporte
 
to cut story short, basically i got my account suspended because they didn?t have my phone # on file, i called them 7 days ago, and they told me your account will be activated still nothing, i called them 2 days ago asked them what happen, they told me no zip code on file, so now its been two days my account not activated and no response from support. how do you deal with them ? how do you get them to activate my account ?

Why not make sure you've confirmed ALL the information the have instead of confirming it one by one, if it still happens then drop them.

everytime i call they tell me its all good just wait few hours for activation. :feels-hot

as usually i wait the answers on my e-mails for 1 week.

apr 2003 i've made the order of visa electron, but i've received this card only aug 2003. only 4 months waiting...
