how do you get into real estate with such a small amount of money?

$20k would make a nice paysite

i dont know about your area, but around here you can buy a lot to build a house on for $15-20k. if he found a good deal he could buy it and turn around and resell it, but if he doesnt know what hes doing its not a good idea. if he has good credit i would buy a cheap house and rent it out and use the 15-20k for the mortgage. around here you can easily make $200-300 profit per month on one house doing that . not to mention the value the house goes up every year.
