$186,000 of licensing revenues during the quarter from 53 companies they've settled with?

That's $62,000 a month from those 53 companies, which works out to an average of *drum roll please* ----> $1,170 a month per company they've settled with.

Wonder what the SEC regs are of buying stock, then signing a license?

me think acacia is the new form of dot com company. the money is made in holding the stock and selling it just before they loose their lawsuit.

In the past year, no Acacia insider has paid more than $1.40 a share for the stock. And no Acacia insider has bought stock in the past 4.5 months.

If they thought the stock was worth more than $1.40, they would probably buy some. They haven't.

Theo 10-22-2003 01:34 PM

BRISK 10-22-2003 01:46 PM

Their company slogan should be:

Acacia - The company that produces nothing and loses millions every month.

awhile if they keep buying more patent portfolios

:2 cents:

Bladewire 10-22-2003 02:18 PM

The more people who fight them in court... the more they lose!

Who was it that said something about defending yourself the first hearing and setting a court date? It's legal and you get your day in court! And the only cost is for parking at the court house.. last time I was at the O.C. court house it was $1.50 an hour? $20 day make .. something like that.

Very soon.
This price is already pretty high for a public company with such little revenue.

Jacked up with hype and industry insiders.
