Personally I dont really care. I know how this acacia thing will end up in the long run.

Plus maybe they could have worked some deals with some of these companies where they would pay more $$$ to help acacia look like they are earning more in exchange for stock or some other consideration. It all stinks.

I'm thinking we might actually see some big numbers today. With the lion share being contributed by one of said companies.

I have heard echoes that the ones that signed this past quarter won't show until Q4. So who knows. I doubt its nearly as high as alot of the investors are dreaming about.

the list of companies that have settled is what they use to scare people into paying them.

It clearly states on the paper I got that companies 'Hustler, Platinum Bucks, Matrix' etc have paid us and SO SHOULD YOU.

Fuck these people.

they are losing big time in after hours trading.

I have strong sources telling me that Acacia is offering licenses for $5000USD flat per Quarter for Adult companies who gross more than $5,000,000 per year from membership sales.

that's because if you do the math and consider the question posed of "average" ....
1.3 M (?) divided by 54 clients then his statement of having mainly smaller clients is misleading and inaccurate ...

He was also asked if their was any serious litigation issues and he said [pause] NO ...

Well guess what? ...
the continuous threat of litigation and refusal to cooperate on the worlds busiest adult webmaster board ...
is a serious issue that should have been divulged ...
