i am talking a serious shopping cart to work with a processor that accepts all credit cardsd etc. I will probably use netbilling for that end anyone??????

I second X-Cart - I would avoid their affiliate plugin - it's simple to use other systems with it ;)

oscommerce should do it for you. free and totaly customizable

X-cart and OScommerce both work very well with Netbilling. We use OScommerce with them.
