Spectrum fans
all come together and feel all right!
take a look at http://www.spectrum.lovely.net/ it has many spectrum games that run on java, so you won't have to download that crap emulators. Also the speed is adjucted like having a real spectrum Does anyone of you remember "Harrier Attack"? It was one of my favorite and STILL kicks ass http://www.80snostalgia.com/computer...ierattack.html |
Is it me or does every game runs way to fast?
|
Harrier Attack was MY favorite, leave that classic game alone!
|
johnbosh, it has an option on the bottom part of the java screen, you click there and you slow the speed.
Tuga,glad to hear |
is there a way to put this java games to a nokia cellphone? that would rule big time

elite, hah, found "manic miner" .. I remember playing that. Only had the vic20, c64 and the amiga500 .. but I think my friend rented a sinclair spectrum for a week or something.
I remember playing a game on it .. maybe it was that "harrier attack" you linked too, cause I see simularities. Anyway, after a while flying around and bombing you went underground into small right tunnels ... does this sound like harrier attack? |
good shit but too fast - even after you've slowed it down. there should be a slider or something.
|
i remember with harrier attack after you pass all these fighting planes you bomb a city with various buildings.
Manic miner is awesome too. It was extremely hard game, with many rounds and i managed to reach the last round only by cracking it. im trying to find another one that had a wizard/magician with castles and monstlers. |
R-type was the best game I was playing on spectrum, I loved it :glugglug
