Someone stole my best converting tour design and sold it to a sponsor. I've seen the guy post here with his portfolio in his sig. The sponsor changed the tour once I notified them, but the designer still has it in his portfolio. :mad:

It does look similar but these days everyone is doing that type of tour so it's hard to say tehy actually seen yours when they did theirs, I have seen tons of tours laid out just like that, same color scheme doesn't mean they ripped it from yours, but its possible LOL:)

Yes, it happened within the last few months. Someone over on the ARS board alerted me to it, and once the sponsor was contacted about it, they changed the tour around so that it didn't look so much like mine. They didn't tell me who it was that designed it, but I happened to click a designer's portfolio here on GFY a couple of weeks later and I saw my tour there. I thought I'd bookmarked his site because I wanted to ask him about it later, but I can't find the bookmark and I don't remember his name. :(

ok, just keep me informed if you see anything like that going on again anytime soon, because I am very suspicious of some certain idividuals...
