OK, here is a few things I'd like to point out regarding traffic. While some of you slam all traffic and traffic brokers, there are ALOT of you out there that buy traffic and do quite well with it. YOU know how to get it to work for you, you know which program to send it to, or how to design a page to get surfers to buy or click. This message isn't for you, since YOU are smart enough to know how to handle the traffic you purchase.

This message is for the whiners and haters that don't know how to make traffic they purchase work and then blame the traffic or broker for their mistakes. WTF? Just because you send to a sponsor page and don't get any sales, doesn't mean it's the traffic. It could quite possibly mean that the sponsor is fucking you over, oh wait, it couldn't be that, because they are all top notch and don't shave, right? Whatever. Another pointer..... get the right kind of traffic! If you buy traffic that is for building your tgp's, and is really inexpensive, then don't expect it to convert when sending to a shitty paysite, UNLESS you know how to make it work for you.

It's is not my job to convert the traffic you purchase, it is up to you to do that with technique or design. My job is to send the traffic you purchased and that is it. We have repeat buyers that purchase our least expensive traffic and send it directly to a site that they have made work for the traffic. And Chinese.....well, Chinese traffic, everyone complains and scoffs about the Chinese traffic. Hmmm....I won't go into that except to say, more people buy it than you'd even imagine, not necessarily for sales, but for counter ranking, if you know what I mean :)

Obviously people buy traffic.....some people only buy traffic once and never do it again and blame the traffic, some people buy traffic from several different brokers and decide for themselves which one works best for them. Some people buy global traffic instead of geo ip and then complain that their was a high % of non US traffic...duh! The bottom line is buy the traffic that you want, need or whatever, YOU make it work for you, even if that means you shop around and try either our different traffic programs, or other brokers. Obviously buying traffic works for most people. You might have to spend some money and buy the more targeted traffic, don't be a cheap ass. If you can't find traffic that YOU can make work for you....give up and go work at Wal-Mart.

Complain all you want about traffic and traffic brokers, but if you could get the traffic yourselves you wouldn't need us, right? We do our job, now you do yours. Stop all the bullshit about not making sales with the global traffic you bought, you probably wouldn't make them anyway. On our main site, we outline what the traffic should be used for or what it is best suited for, if YOU choose to do something different just because you don't want to spend the extra money, don't complain. Just chalk it up to experience and do what you always do, slam us then go buy from a different broker and then slam them when the same thing happens again. Whatever.

Don't like traffic brokers, don't buy from one. Don't like the traffic we sell? Make you own traffic. And don't purchase traffic with a hot credit card, get the traffic shut down, your sponsors and hosting pulled and then complain about the traffic being shitty.

I dont like traffic brokers because 90% suck. And I've seen the inside of a few. It's worthless and I wont ever buy again unless I know exactly what I am buying and how it will work out.

i've never bought traffic...yet but i do plan to eventually. if you do your research well and find out where their traffic comes and what kind of surfers they are, you can't complain. i mean you can't expect pop up traffic to convert like clicked traffic or 404 traffic to convert like clicked traffic, because lets face it, the surfer is going somewhere he never expected to go. of couse im sure the brokers filter it out through click through pages and shit but still i'd only buy traffic to get trades and sites going, not rely on it to make money.

Let's say you buy traffic from 10 different brokers, you send it all to feed a TGP and you find out 9 sources are so bad that they wont click any gallery. You put a warning page saying CLICK HERE FOR FREE PORN and they close ir, you show them tits and they wont click, how the fuck can you make money with that? It's an expensive way to feed the counters. If the surfer is getting your page on the 3rd pop up after he tried to close something else, what can you expect from that?

Of course I also found one good source, but he couldnt send that much traffic.

dirtydesignz, i agree on much of that, but i belive a traffic seller has a obligation to tell the webmaster that the traffic he want to buy, is not going to work on the site.
The traffic seller knows more about hes own traffic than everybody else and he allso know if it is waste of the buyers money to sell to some kinds of sites.

Yes Carlos, I agree with you. However, more times than not when we tell a client (and we always tell the client) the traffic they chose might not work for their site, they want to try it anyway. Only because they don't want to pay more for the traffic they need. But irregardless of that, the traffic is only as good as the sites it is being sent to, whether it is a tgp or a paysite. Surfers aren't dumb, they have seen the same stuff over and over and know what they want and where to click to get them there.

If traffic was perfect, it would cost webmasters alot more money than it does.

You are exactly the kind of buyer I'm talking about, how about saying that perhaps the site you were sending to wasn't very good and you should try harder to make traffic work for you. Blame yourself and not the traffic :winkwink:

Traffic allows a pretty nice lifestyle in a place where you probably come to vacation :) My revenue increases about 10% per month. I will gross $130,000.00 this year. No, I know it's nothing compared to the rich and powerful "12clicks", but not bad for 2 people running a *real* business, a legal corporation I might add, and pretty much "kicking it" through life, huh?
