I think about 10 webmasters are starting every day.
But Eastern Europe, Australia and China are growing number of CC.
Who will grow quicker? Webmasters or surfers?

The growing new webmasters are the ones who are opening mulitple new CC accounts which is driving the number of new CC#s... how else are they going to make sales? :Graucho
