Can someone help me with a simple stylesheet problem?

Because I really don't have a clue when it comes to stylesheets. My life would be easier if I did, but I don't, so that's it.

Basically, I want to put THIS into HERE .

I tried some different things. All I can say is that it was a good thing I had a back up. :)
