Yes. I manage a couple Web Edition servers.

Basically the same as Standard.

1 advantage of Standard is you can run SQL Server on it.

It would with older versions but people are saying the 2003 version is very stable. Would be ok for people that don't know how to admin Linux or Freebsd servers.
