Bush has (unfortunately) got to go I think.

Dean has more momentum and is likely to appeal more to Dem activists than Clarke, which is why it looks like he will win it

That about sums up my position as well.

I like Dean, but want to hear him debate with Bush.

Dean is pro-choice, pro-responsible gun ownership, he has a very good understanding of the health system, he isn't about to cut military spending, he's for the space program, he's for a refined welfare system.

It seems like his published platform is very centerist.. but I want to hear him talk to see if he really believes what his publicists write down for him.

I dont think Dean is centrist at all, I think he is very left-wing. If they pick him it will be an interesting election

If you think Dean is very Left Wing, you must have a "Rush in 08" sticker on your rear bumper.

Speaking of Rush, I love how they bust on him EVERY morning now on Stern.

I just think he is very different to Bush. Gen Clarke v. Bush would be interesting considering that Clarke is such an esteemed General, but not sure if he is seen as credible considering a) lack of experience and b) being all over the place with various issues like Iraq, plus the fact that he only joined the Dems the day before he announced his candidacy will not play well with the party faithful and gives plenty of ammunition to his opponents.

so far out of the canidates that have made themselves known he has my support.
