ibill payout on oct19??
 

Has anyone recieved payment from ibill on Oct 19?? My ibill Statement/Invoice Detail/List Valid Check Dates/Check Numbers show nothing about today's payment. For euporean ibill webmaster, can you check your check amount right now??

Ibill EU have just issued this email:

October 20, 2003

Dear iBill EU Client,

Earlier this year you received information via e-mail reminding you of issues related to our international processor and acquiring bank in regards to reserves and associated payouts. Specifically, the communication referenced your iBill EU contract agreement and stated that should our European processor and acquiring bank choose to withhold reserves for any reason, iBill EU would consequently be required to suspend reserve payouts to clients.

One of the criteria our processor and acquiring bank is using in determining reserve holdbacks of all credit card reserves is chargeback ratios. As a result, the reserves are being held pending the resolution of card association regulatory issues related to cumulative chargeback ratios and any potential fines as a result of those ratios. Accordingly, we will be suspending the reserve portion of your semi-monthly payout scheduled for October 21, 2003.

Please be assured that we are working diligently with our bank to have these funds released as soon as possible. We will follow up with additional information soon. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have at [email protected] or 954.363.4949.

Yea, I recieved this email. But this affects payout on 6 month reserve only. So don't know why still see nothing posted about this week's payout.

Yep no payout and more suspended reserves from Ibill. If this goes the same as last time it will be Xmas before we see our money.

Every month now we have to wait to see what BS will be pulled before doing any planning. There is no such thing as a timely payout any more.


Needless to say our new sites are not with Ibill.

I just noticed from the email "we will be suspending the reserve portion of your semi-monthly payout scheduled for October 21, 2003." So maybe payout is scheduled on Oct 21.

I also received same e-mail and i also dont see any check in my CMI about 19 OCT...!!!!

i hope will see tomorrow morning.

And we haven't actively billed through our IBill account since November last year when we flipped over to Verotel.

October 19th was a Sunday which delayed that payout until today - Tuesday, October 21. This information has been posted in a payout calendar on CMI. Please contact your rep if you have any other questions.

I received money from IBill but CMI is still not updated

I received my transfer today....however without reserve. I'm so glad those fucking thieves are not my processor anymore.

i recieved mine yestaeday
