Utility for normalizing sound files

Does anyone know of a decent Windows utility for batch normalizing .MP3 and .WAV files? I have good utilities to do this under *nix but I could really use one for Windows.

Audiograbber does it

Cool edit pro should as well

Since I doubt you'll be normalising .mp3's, 'easy audio converter' is a good conversion program.
