Do you guys know any good PPC program that don't demand a convertion rate??

I remember Intergal used to have a 2cents per click + 35 per sign up... Do you guys know any program like that??

Blind program pays 3 cents per click, no ratios required.

I use Nex-Cash for my PPC marketing efforts. They have paid me on time all the time. Now paying 3.5 per click no ratios.

Also I'd like it to be 1st page click and a sponsor that don't shave (at least not much)....
