2. You work alone and this is your only incoming?
3. A part time business? If so, do you have a full time job?

usually you can be an individual webmaster but operate as a '1 person' corporation - such as out of Nevada....in terms of taxation, that depends alot on your nationality and the place where you are incorporated...
