biskoppen - shoot an email with your account ID to [email protected] and/or to me personally [email protected] and we'll look into this for you. It can take some time for checks to be delivered internationally, but if the check appears to be lost in transit, we can always stop payment on that check, issue a new one and send it via FedEx.

I have contacted them now .. it was sent the 7th .. today its the 20th .. it should have been here after 13 days I think ..

I'll give it a couple of more days and then ask them to re-send it..

Hey swami - we updated your account with the new wire information that you sent to us, and we'll attempt another wire on Wednesday when we do our next payout. If the wire fails again using the new information, then we will send you a check via FedEx. Does that sound like an acceptable plan? If you'd prefer to receive the funds via another method, let me know.

BTW - for some reason, your email address/domain appears to be blocked in terms of receiving mail from us. Our support staff uses [email protected] as a backup, so you have probably received responses from that address, rather than [email protected]
