I don't want to ban Fear Factor. I was just drawing a comparison of obscenity between prime time TV and online porn. I think people eating pig anus is more obscene than people having sex, yet I've never heard of any group trying to ban Fear Factor.

I suppose there would be more of an uproar about Fear Factor if the bible said "thou shalt not feast on the testicles of any beast"

I am no fan of that show. But I think it depends. If those are cut from the body and cooked, it's perfectly ok to eat and it's definitely good for one's body. :thumbsup

I've been watching television for 40 years and that is the first show I decided to write the network about to complain.

It is atrociously discusting and offers zero value.

I got upset when I saw my 8 year old had turned it on and thought it was cool.

I sat and watched it for a bit and was ready to puke.

Then went and fired off an e-mail to the network.

It has entertainment value.

So change the channel...

I hear that. Porn and sex have become so mainstream. With shows like Nip/Tuck - Skin not to mention the OC and things like that. I was a little disturbed by a scene in Ni[/Tuck - 3 16 year olds are having a 3some...not sure who they are catering to there, but I found it odd to say the least!

there are some sick movies and tv shows out.
