CCbill is this possible?
 

I received an email from a member who joined on the 28th May 2002 and he wants to cancel his membership. I searched through all of the members on CCbill but couldn't find any record of him.

I then searched through all my emails I have ever received from CCbill regarding joins and I found the email for when he joined which was 28 May 2002.

Has anyone else ever had a member that was being billed and you had no information in your member?s database about him? If he has been billed every month as he says then someone is pocketing this money and it isn?t me LOL

What is even stranger is the member is being billed $29.95 and we have never had a price like this. CCbill reckon the account was cancelled in December 2002 yet the member still has access.

The latest email from CCbill says....
.Regarding the still-active user account, it sounds like the password file may have been caught up in the changeover with our new system a few months back, resulting in the account not being properly removed.?"

They will however do a password file check for me to see their aren't any other members who still have access

send me the detaikl that you have on the consumer, i will check it out
