Pricing on photo shoots...my 2 cents:

-make sure they have proper ids

-be up front about what you expect, solo, toys, hardcore, etc.

-agree to price, start low, always easier to increase, way hard to lower your offer!

-i paid by hour and got copies of ids and model release (which stated the hourly rate) before shooting, payment after.

If you are into the photo shoots, keep the girls happy with the shoot and the $, they have lots of friends, recruitment is no problem after a while!

Like I said, my two cents, and am sure it is worth less! Have fun.
