Is HPIC legit?
 

I know they accept warez traffic, but they seem to have been around for a long long time. Are they legit or not?

I've gotten cheques from them all year but stopped using them a month or two ago.
Something just didnt seem right in the way they counted hits ( or didnt count them, if you know what I mean ) I used the trial cash program.
