Once a week. I don't get more signups by watching at the sponsor stats but by working my ass out.

Powercum has the right idea. But you need SOMEONE to optimize the stats daily... or have trends of somesort to proactivly help conversions.

Trading stats often - 10 times a day....Income stats, once a week depending on the campaigns I got going. After years of doing this you know how much you make by just looking at traffic stats within +/- 5-10%

Well cause of my new site every 20-30 mins.. to see whats going right and wrong. Otherwise it's usually 1/2 times a day.

Checking stats often is a good indication that everything is working properly. If your hits are low, you make sure your severs are up and that your traffic is flowing and that your sponsor is up etc. Being over confident often leads to less money.

The rush of adrenaline for getting a sale never fades. It's still as exciting as the very first time :)

StatsRemote updates every hour on my PC and then blasts a message to my cell phone. I love sitting in the bar and watching the money roll in.

StatsRemote is one kickass tool.

I have statsremote, but i only run it 2x a day. Otherwise I get stat obsessed. Kind of like hitting f5 all day on GFY.
