How many hours a week do you work?

I log an average of probably close to 140 hours a week, 10 months out of the year. The rest of the time, I actually live a life. Red bull or M-150 from Thailand...I'm there best client

I won't ever have to work again in 2 years....That's the point.

Libertine 10-17-2003 07:30 PM

It ranges from 7 to 100 a week, depending on what I'm working on.

Why 10-17-2003 07:32 PM

like 90-100 :)

Furious_Female 10-17-2003 09:40 PM

I probably put in about 5 hours of actual work a week, but I am at my computers at least 100 hours a week either watching them or goofing around.

10 hours a week

Adult Site Traffic 10-17-2003 10:09 PM

Probably close to 150 hours. I have a lot of work in addition to traffic, thankfully, we've been able to hire some others recently to help.

I soooo know what you mean. Any time that I'm not working, I need somebody to kick me off my computer. You can only sit in one position...stare at a monitor for so long. So why waste non-working time being at the 'puter? And on that note...I'm outta here! :winkwink:

Chris 10-17-2003 10:25 PM

Anytime im home or im awake so im guesing a good 10-15 hours a day some day this will make me some real money :)

Babaganoosh 10-17-2003 10:26 PM

Between 80-90. There is no substitute for hours spent working.

That remains to be seen. I have 2 other businesses to run and 3 homes and counting to look after. I go on vacation in 3 days for the first time in 6 months which means I'll only work about 3-5 hours a day but I'll be shooting content. I don't know if I would consider that work.

Nasty D 10-17-2003 11:00 PM

mucho mucho hours

I honestly don't know about that 140-150 hour stuff I'm hearing from several people in here. Assume 150 hours... that least only 18 hours of sleep a week. Getting 2.5 hours of sleep a day and your mind is not going to stay sharp. Thats if you can get that much hours of sleep in a day and don't have to spend those 2.5 hours eating or running errands. People have to spend at least a total of an hour a week just eating an taking shits. If you're messing with the tweak you could do that for a while easily, but it would catch up to you. Plus I'm seeing A LOT of non-business related posts (yeah, this one of them) on some of these people's search logs on here, were they made during the 2.5 hours of non-work a day?

No offence to anybody. I have the highest respect for anybody that is extremely hard working and successful. A good work ethic almost seems to be lost in this country, and somewhat around the world for that matter. However, I think people are exagerating a little bit when they say they work around 140-150 hours a week. If they are really doing that, then it couldn't possibly be good for them health wise.:2 cents:

Loryn 10-17-2003 11:28 PM

About 60 hours a week. 40 hours at the office and 15 hours scattered through out the week designing freesites. I work with fun people and laugh a lot.

JDog 10-17-2003 11:32 PM

40 on other peoples work then about 10 hrs a night on my own stuff!

jDoG

Meloman 10-17-2003 11:42 PM

I probably work an easy 10-16 hours a day. When I'm not working on Webquest stuff I'm managing my own stuff. And then when I'm not working on the computer I'm runing my apartment building.

Which reminds me, a tenant just moved out. Anyone looking for a place in SanFrancisco :Graucho

Slinx 10-17-2003 11:59 PM

30 hrs/week. I have to go to the university sometimes :winkwink:

Morgan 10-18-2003 12:02 AM

14 hours/week and about 1,000.00 per day.

$571.43 per hour... :thumbsup

PersianKitty 10-18-2003 12:04 AM

So many that I don't want to add them up.

AWS Venus 10-18-2003 02:16 AM

Somethinh like 10-12 hours a day.

Brad-Wishing 10-18-2003 02:19 AM

I can easily bring in 14 hour days... without thinking twice, 6 days a week. So about 80-90 depending on what's going on.

InsaneGreen 10-18-2003 02:21 AM

i probly work like 12 hours a week. 20 hours if i have a big project. once you get your system down... thats all you need!:thumbsup :thumbsup

Okay. So double your work load and work a normal work week, and double your revenue.

I have always slept 4 hours a day since I could remember....That's all I need. Some people need more.

All of them - well, except for when I'm eating, using the restroom, sleeping, and having sex.

Grapesoda 10-18-2003 05:33 AM

I average 80-100 per week, with ocassional days off. generally when a model doesn't show. even then I'll edit for 3-4 hrs.

Sarah_Jayne 10-18-2003 05:37 AM

it would really be easier to count the number of hours I don't work. I am a workaholic so pretty much from when I get up to when i go to bed I am sitting here working or atleast not too far from the computer incase someone needs me.

NoAngel 10-18-2003 07:28 AM

A lot too much - but happy with it :)

LadyMischief 10-18-2003 07:30 AM

I was pulling 12-16 hour days at least.. but my workload is much less now :)

loverboy 10-18-2003 07:41 AM

60+ hrs, 6 days a week. barely sleep anymore, being haunted by office chores :1orglaugh

KRL 10-18-2003 07:42 AM
