can I delete these windows XP hotfixes?

they are about 298mb each and taking up about 6gb of my space.. what do I need them for?

I think they can be uninstalled from the control panel, but I'm not sure you want to....

Yes... you can uninstall them from your OS, but it will revert XP to its former glitchy state.
