I dont bother with pics cuz you guys said my last dinner ( stirfry with tofu looked like mush )

but today I made Black beans and rice

Topped with Sour cream Salsa Jalapeno's letus shreded cheese ( three blends of it )

and eatin with Corn chips :) :thumbsup

I curried and jerked some lamb chops cooked with different types of veggies with a massive plate of with rice. Damn it was good.

Sesame chicken and pork fried rice from the place downthe street. I think I'm just gonna have my mail forwarded there.

Cows taste good. A low-carb feast of Filet mignon grilled on the Big Aussie with fresh green beans sauteed in garlic and olive oil.

Had an ElGaucho's New York steak dinner last night so tonight is salad with roasted chicken breast.
