Where Do I Find My Host File?

Keep getting a shitload of damn popups every time i visit GFY seen this mentioned before and dont know where to find my host file.... :helpme

Right click on your hard drive in explorer, select "search" and search for "hosts".

In XP, I think it's in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Other version c:\windows\hosts or something like that.

Okay well there is only one ip here and it seems to be part of localhost any other suggestions as to what the problem is?

Netscape 7.1 allows you to turn off popups in the browser. Works quite well too and its free.

Win 9x c:\windows\hosts
