You guys got it all wrong. Don't buy at $8 all by yourself! WE should all make money and fuck them at the same time...let's organize a concerted short effort...

We all jump in and sell short at $8, which drives the price down to $7...we issue a press release on PR Newswire that we have prior and it goes to $6, the second wave jumps in a sells short at $6...it goes to 5...

what the hell, shorts used to do that to every dot com out there as the bubble burst...sooner or later the company finds itself at $.50 and has no cash to fight bs lawsuits...

And we all pocket $8 x XXX shares!

buy low, sell high. sure the stock could go up but really what is this price based on? one big loss in court and you'll lose a lot more than the immediate upside potential.

personally i'd rather go with companies that have a solid business and are undervalued based on fundamentals/market conditions.

the reason I am going so much towards this company is because so far I think that they will win

the fact is that if they own the patents there aint much we can do about it.

who knows where this patent will make them end up and how much money it will make them
