as for much as i know you can sell porno sitres on ebay right , and they own both companys , so now if you buy a porno site on ebay and it has content and they pay you for it threw paypal then what !!!!!!!! humm seems like a two sided road that just goes one way ! :( :( :(

as long as you dont link the paypal right from the content website and as long as they dont put "FOR PORN PICTURES" or anything like that in the paypal transaction i dont think theres a way to trace you.
